It's been just a few years since Arabian Ranches II welcomed residents...

But now it seems like there's a third phase in the works, after promotions on Instagram and other social channels have been spotted by residents.

That's right, it seems Dubai will soon have Arabian Ranches III added to its list of areas to live in.

With little details shared - several real estate companies have said to "stay tuned for more details on the new launch" - we're still a little unsure as to exactly when and where. And there's been no official announcement yet from Arabian Ranches master developer Emaar.

Several websites have popped up on the Internet - offering prospective buyers opportunity to download a brochure for the "long-awaited living community in Dubai", and buy off-plan units.

Like its predecessors, Arabian Ranches III has been designed for family living - and promises to offer a suburban lifestyle in the heart of the city.

Where will Arabian Ranches Phase III be in Dubai?

From what we can see - the planned development will be over Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road, across from the original Arabian Ranches community and next to Al Barsha South.

As we've mentioned, there's been no official announcement from Emaar themselves yet - but stay tuned for further updates!
