Beach days... we love them, but sometimes we want our relaxing escapes to feel a little more private.
In this guide, we round up some beaches in Dubai that offer exclusive entry to women only and/or young children (age limit for boys varies depending on the location). Some of these beaches also keep an all-female staff onsite during the ladies-only days.
1. Dubai Ladies Club
Open from 7AM until 10PM daily, the Dubai Ladies Club offers a host of facilities and services just for women, including a spa, café, fully-equipped gym, group fitness classes, sports facilities, swimming pools, and a private ladies beach. Events are also often held at the Dubai Ladies Club, such as Farmers' Markets, Winter Markets, live shows, and more.
A membership is required to access the ladies club and its private women-only beach; short-term and annual packages are available for female students and adults.

2. Ladies Day at Barasti Beach
Monday blues getting you down? Liven up the start of your week! Every Monday and Tuesday, the chic Barasti Beach in Dubai Marina transforms into a women-only haven.
Open from 9AM until 8PM, ladies can enjoy exclusive beach access, music from a live onsite DJ, complimentary beverages, and an additional 50% off food and drinks. It's a great way to keep the weekend vibes rolling even as you kick off the new week.

3. Cove Beach Dubai
Cove Beach Dubai offers a picturesque Mediterranean-inspired beach and pool day for women every Wednesday. Regarded as one of the best mixed gender beach clubs in Dubai, women will enjoy the dedicated weekly Ladies Day where you can sip on refreshing drinks, vibe to party music, take a dip in the waters, and lounge on luxury sunbeds.
Please note: Cove Beach Dubai will be relocating to JBR, previously from Bluewaters Island.

4. Jumeirah Beach Park
Jumeirah Beach Park allows exclusive access for women and children only (male kids aged 4 and below are allowed) every Monday and Wednesday. One of the finest public beaches in Dubai, ladies and young kids can expect a vast stretch of sand, barbeque zones, children's play areas, gardens, and refreshment stands.
During the ladies-only days at Jumeirah Beach Park, the onsite staff and guards are all women.

Timings: 7:30AM to 10PM (Fridays to Wednesdays), 7:30AM to 11PM (Thursdays)

5. Al Mamzar Beach Dubai
Mamzar Beach allows women and children (male kids up to 6 years old are allowed entry) to enjoy a day full of private relaxation, every Monday and Wednesday. This family-friendly Dubai beach offers a pristine stretch of sand, lounge chairs, umbrellas, picnic areas, barbeque spots, restrooms, a skate park, and water activities.
For even better privacy at the beach, the Dubai municipality keeps an all-women staff with female guards during Mondays and Wednesdays.
Outside of these two days, Mamzar Beach is a common public beach for all genders and ages.
