Attention drivers, here's how much it will cost to fuel up your car during August.
The new prices for petrol and diesel for the month of August 2023 has been announced by the UAE fuel price committee.
Effective from Tuesday August 1st, 2023, motorists can expect an increase in costs compared to July's prices.
What are the new gas prices in the UAE for August 2023?
These are the UAE's new rates for petrol and diesel starting August:
- Super 98 will now cost AED 3.14 per litre, previous to AED 3 in July.
- Special 95 will increase to AED 3.02 a litre, compared to the previous AED 2.89.
- E-Plus petrol will be charged at AED 2.95 a litre, a hike from July's AED 2.81.
- Diesel will be priced at AED 2.95 per litre, compared to AED 2.76 in July.
