The School Parent Relations Executive plays a crucial role in fostering positive relationships between the school and parents, ensuring effective communication, and promoting parent involvement in school activities. They serve as a liaison between the school administration, teachers, and parents to address concerns, provide support, and enhance the overall educational experience for students
Key Requirements and Attributes
Qualifications:
Holds a bachelor's degree
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with communication tools and platforms such as email, social media, and parent portals.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups of parents, students, and staff.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and a positive attitude in all interactions with parents and stakeholders.
- Able to work on initiative

Other Qualities:
- Knowledge of child development principles, educational best practices, and school policies and procedures.
- Analyze feedback data and collaborate with school leadership to develop strategies for addressing concerns, implementing improvements, and enhancing parent satisfaction and engagement.
- Help and support parents in navigating school processes, including enrollment, registration, and academic support services.
- Plan and execute parent involvement initiatives such as family fun days, open houses, and educational seminars to promote a sense of community and partnership between the school and parents.
- Organize and coordinate parent-teacher meetings, orientations, and workshops to facilitate interaction between parents and school staff.
- Maintain regular communication with parents through various channels such as email, newsletters, and social media platforms.
- Disseminate important information, updates, and announcements to parents regarding school events, policies, and procedures.
- Respond promptly to parent inquiries, concerns, and feedback, providing accurate information and addressing any issues or grievances in a timely manner.
