The project will officially be unveiled in January 2024.

Dubai is to home to many record-breaking landmarks, from the Burj Khalifa (world's tallest building) to the iconic Dubai Frame (Guinness World Record for the largest picture frame).

Soon, the UAE emirate will also be the proud location for the world's tallest residential clock tower, the highly-anticipated Franck Muller Aeternitas Tower - a massive luxury residential collaboration between Franck Muller and London Gate.

With an impressive height of 450 metres, the project promises to bring its brands' timeless elegance to Dubai Marina and offer spectacular views for its future residents.

The new Dubai clock tower will officially be unveiled in January 2024, and "residents can expect a handover by 2026", as per a statement on the official Franck Muller website.

Eman Taha, CEO of London Gate, said, "After our debut in the UAE real estate market, with our sold-out projects Maya V and Nadine I&II, we are now thrilled to unveil our masterpiece in collaboration with iconic watchmaker Franck Muller."

"With our latest project, where architectural opulence meets timeless luxury – we bring Franck Muller’s first-ever branded residences," added Taha.
