Nanny/Housekeeper Needed

Looking for a live-in nanny/housekeeper to be part of our family. Please read the following information carefully before you respond. About us:
-Family of 3. Our son is about to turn 4, and we’re expecting.
-Location: Tilal Al Ghaf in front of Sports City
About the position:
-Nationality: ONLY Philippines
-Has experience as a maid as well as working with kids (including newborns)
-Under 40
-Position is live in only. There is a maid's room and bathroom in our house
-Day-off: Saturday
-Salary: AED 3000 plus food and toiletries
-Visa: Tadbeer visa to be provided after a trial period
-Reference from previous employer is a must
-We are looking for someone who is responsible and caring. We will consider her part of our family and would like the same from her
Job description:
-Managing the house, cleaning, organizing, keeping an inventory, and doing laundry and ironing
-Cooking based on detailed recipes which we will provide
-Nanny responsibilities: our son goes to the nursery until 5, but next September will go to school. You will be responsible for taking care of him after school until we return from work. When we have the baby, you will also be responsible for taking care of the baby, especially after I finish my maternity leave and go back to work
