Hey, are you looking at apartments or houses? Have you seen Dubai Creek Harbour? Their apartments look so nice I have seen this all over tiktok, it's new. Jaddaf is a beautiful area as well, mirdif is great too because there is the Mirdif city center. I personally recommend to take a look at Dubai Creek Harbour apartments.
