Team building facilities

Hi All,
I work in London. I’m trying to find something out of town where my office team team can gather, that has nice team-building facilities and good British culture. Probably a quaint town with historical monuments and good pubs or something completely different but entertaining that they can do as a group. I'm not opposed to something in London but the outskirts would be something different so whichever way works.
Would you be so kind to advise a few options? We are looking at a group number of perhaps 10.
