Hi, I have a little different situation. I do not want to lose weight. I want to get weight and have good body build and condition, so I am making exercises and eat good meals high with protein, but I still didnt get any kg. Any advice what else can I do? Is it possible to get weight and exercise same time?

Yes a weekly or bi weekly meet up would be good - I was thinking a weigh in followed by a chat and an activity - maybe a brief top tip for the week from everyone and then a power walk or something ...

I've just started the keto diet. 10 days in and 3kg down. I know for any diet the first loss is largely water but I'll take it! Anybody else on keto? Would be useful to swap recipes. Maybe I should start a new thread as this a bit buried.

I desperately need to get back on track - hubby's trying his hardest to motivate me to eat better and exercise more. The first I can deal with, it's the latter I hate. Am thinking of picking up some aqua yoga or aqua aerobics but not sure where to start... Otherwise, I last stepped on the scales 10 days ago and today it told me I've post 3kgs so I guess doing something right How do you all keep fit in the hotter months in Dubai??

Happy Monday to all. Its been 21 days since I started the challenge. Good to know, I am getting into my goals. I achieve 3 kilos weight loss for 21 days, not bad, still working on it. Slow but continuous and successful to see an improvement. Keep up the challenge.

Hi, I want to join and take the challenge. Start today, 18/08/2016 Start at 170 lbs. Goal : 160 lbs after a month. I already started working on this. The weight loss tips from www.sociolobby.com site :) helped my friend to achieve this. I will be following those tips. If you come across any better one please update here.
