Potterheads, rejoice! A Harry Potter-themed land is officially coming to the Warner Bros theme park in the UAE's capital

This will be the Middle East's first Harry Potter-themed park experience.
The magic is coming to Abu Dhabi as a Harry Potter-themed land is set to open in the Warner Bros. World theme park on Yas Island!
Fans of the global phenomenon will be able to experience entertainment, dining, and leisure based off the Wizarding World at the Warner Bros. attraction, alongside the Flintstones, DC Comics (Batman, Superman, etc.), and Tom and Jerry to name a few.
The official opening date hasn't been revealed yet, but the announcement is already garnering excitement from Potterhead fans in the Middle East.
"We are very proud of our continuous partnership with Warner Bros. Discovery and excited to be bringing this spellbinding first to the Middle East and the world in the future," said HE Mohamed Khalifa Al Mubarak, Chairman of Miral, the developers of this project.
He added: "This is yet another testament to our commitment to continue to position Yas Island as a top global destination for entertainment and leisure, and a great addition to Abu Dhabi’s tourism offerings, contributing to the growth and economic diversification of the Emirate."
What to expect at the upcoming Wizarding World of Harry Potter in Abu Dhabi?

Currently, there are only four places in the world where you can experience Harry Potter-themed attractions: Universal Parks & Resorts in Florida, Universal Studios Hollywood in Los Angeles, Universal Studios Japan in Osaka, and the Warner Bros. Studio Tour in London.
As the new attraction will be based in one of Yas Island's most popular family-friendly destinations, fans and future visitors can expect themed rides, interactive experiences, live shows, and other iconic locations from the series.

"The original Harry Potter stories and the blockbuster film series continue to captivate and inspire hundreds of millions of fans around the world, and our Global Themed Entertainment team together with our world-class partner Miral, will expand our successful Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi to bring this magical experience to life."
She continued: "Together with our lands at Universal Parks, this will add a wholly new and spectacular destination for fans to immerse themselves in."
